Govt Nursing College, GMC Anantnag recieves affiliation from Indian Nursing Council ( INC) for 60 nursing seats
ANANTNAG, 15 OCTOBER:- In a highly significant development, Government Nursing College, GMC Anantnag, under the leadership of Principal Prof. Dr. Rukhsana Najeeb, has achieved a significant milestone by receiving affiliation from the Indian Nursing Council (INC) for sixty (60) B.Sc. Nursing seats. This approval is a notable development in the healthcare education sector of Jammu and Kashmir, reflecting the continuous efforts of Prof. Najeeb and her team to enhance nursing education in the region.
The INC affiliation ensures that the nursing college at GMC Anantnag meets the required standards of quality education and training for aspiring nurses. With this grant, the institution is now authorized to admit 60 students for the B.Sc. Nursing program, offering them opportunities for professional growth in the medical field. The program will focus on developing skilled and competent nursing professionals, addressing the increasing demand for healthcare workers, both regionally and nationally.
