Srinagar: Zuhaib Mir, a prominent political activist from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), has issued a press statement addressing the growing concerns of the residents of Sonwar over mysterious activities taking place in and around the Woodland School during the evening hours.
In his statement, Zuhaib Mir highlighted that locals have observed dozens of unknown individuals gathering inside the school premises almost every evening, engaging in activities that have raised suspicions. The presence of numerous parked vehicles outside the school after working hours has further alarmed the residents, leading to widespread anxiety about potential illegal and immoral activities.
“The people of Sonwar are deeply concerned about these mysterious gatherings and the unusual activities occurring after school hours. This has created a sense of unease and apprehension among the community,” Mir stated. “It is imperative that the authorities take immediate action to address these concerns and ensure the safety and security of the residents.”
Zuhaib Mir stressed the need for the Srinagar police to take cognizance of the situation and thoroughly investigate the matter. He urged the police to patrol the area, identify the individuals involved, and take necessary measures to prevent any illegal activities.
“The well-being of the Sonwar residents is of utmost importance. I call upon the Srinagar police to take swift action and provide the community with the reassurance and protection they deserve,” Mir concluded.
