Government Medical College and its Associated Hospitals (GMC) Anantnag today bids farewell to its Principal, Prof (Dr) Anjum Farhana and Assoc Prof (Dr) Latief Siddiqui on their Superannuation.
The Superannuation of two esteemed members of our medical community, Principal GMC Anantang (Prof) Dr. Anjum Farhana and HOD Dept of Medicine, Dr. Latief Siddiqui from their respective roles at GMC Anantnag was celebrated widely and affectionately in last few days keeping in view of their glorious contribution in upliftment of Medical fraternity and in better delivery of healthcare services.
After many years of dedicated service and exceptional contributions to our institution, both Dr. Anjum Farhana and Dr. Siddiqui have reached the milestone of superannuation. Throughout their tenure, they have exemplified the highest standards of professionalism, compassion, and expertise in their respective fields, leaving an indelible mark on the institution and the lives of countless patients.
Dr. Anjum Farhana’s visionary leadership has significantly shaped the growth and development of GMC Anantnag, setting a benchmark for excellence in medical education and patient care. Her unwavering commitment to the welfare of students, faculty, and staff has inspired all those around her.
Dr. Latief Siddiqui has been instrumental in pioneering groundbreaking medical management and providing compassionate care to patients in need. His expertise, honesty and dedication have earned him the huge respect and admiration of colleagues and patients alike.
While their departure leaves a void in our institution, we take this moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for their remarkable service. Their legacy will continue to guide and inspire us in our pursuit of excellence in healthcare.
As we bid farewell to Dr. Anjum Farhana and Dr. Siddiqui, we also look forward to celebrating their accomplishments and contributions in a befitting manner.
