*PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCE RECOVERED & SEIZED IN THE JURISDICTION OF PP SHADIPORA.*
*GANDERBAL**25TH, FEBRUARY 2024* *Operation Drugs Free Ganderbal Continues.* In continuation to war against *Drugs*, Ganderbal Police seized Psychotropic Substance & a Vehicle used in the commission of the crime in the jurisdiction of PP Shadipora.On the directions of SSP Ganderbal Shri *Sandeep Gupta-IPS,* Police Post Shadipora on recieved information through reliable sources that one person namely Manzoor Ahmad Bhat@ Setha S/O Late Gh Mohd Bhat R/O Batwina has put some banned drugs at his residential house with an intention to sell them to the local youth of the area. Acting Swiftly, Police Party led by I/C PP Shadipora PSI Irfan Ahmad under the supervision of Shri Gh Hassan-JKPS Hqr’s Ganderbal conducted raid at the house of the accused and during the search, Psychotropic Substance (Banned Drugs) Supasmoproxyvon-Plus (10 Strips) was recovered from the vehicle Scorpio bearing Registration No. JK16-0901 belonging to the accused. The Contraband Substance & vehicle used in the commission of the crime was seized on the spot. The accused has escaped & will be put behind the bars soon.In this regard, Case FIR No. *33/2024*, under relevant sections of law stands registered at PS Ganderbal & further investigation taken up. Ganderbal Police requests Community members to share information regarding Drugs Peddlers with J&K Police for better future of the youth & in shaping Crime free society.
