With nepotism and partiality ruling the roost in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, the health sector is witnessing the worst ever apathy with blue-eyed accorded undue benefits and tainting flouting norms with impunity. In an embarrassing situation to other doctors of health services J&K, Dr. Ishfaq is enjoying his politically motivated posting as DTO anantnag after Remained absent from his duties unauthorizely at several times.
A copy of RTI revealed that Dr. Ishfaq Hassan were appointed as Medical officer in 1997 at kulgam and within a month he wish to seek PG course From SKIMS in October 1997 to feburary 2002. Dr Ishfaq completes post Graduate Course and was appointed as Medical officer SDH Dooru in March 2002 to April 2004. In May 2003 Dr. Ishfaq were transferred and appointed as Registrar Government College Srinagar (GMC) for a period of three years. In August 2006 Dr. Ishfaq were transferred from GMC Srinagar to Distt. Hospital Anantnag as Medical officer during which the doctor was leveled different charges by the patients and were transferred in October2010 and posted as in-charge Block Medical officer (BMO) YariporaKulgam.
On May 2010 surpriseingly Dr. Ishfaq was found absent from his duties unauthorized for a period of one year. Sources disclosed that Doctor went abroad and start his duties in gulf and left poor and needy patients of yaripora for Die. Instead to suspend Doctor Ishfaq were once again entertained with his old and prize posting as Medical officer District Hospital Anantnag after returned back from gulf & within one year posting as MO he was attached to Directorate of Health services Kashmir for a period of 5 months.
On May 2012 Dr. ishfaq again knocked the doors of his political bosses and once again manage his posting as Medical Officer(MO) Emergency Hospital Qazigund were doctor spend almost a year and again start his previous practice for newly and politically motivated posting. On March 2013 doctor ishfaq managed his new place of posting as Incharge BMO Achabal anantnag and within a period of 16 Months Dr ishfaq were attached to CMO’s office ananatnag and an enquiry committee was constituted against the Doctor.
Instead to suspend Doctor Ishfaq were once again entertained with his old and prize posting as Medical officer District Hospital Anantnag after returned back from gulf & within one year posting as MO he was attached to Directorate Of Health services Kashmir For a period of 5 months.
Before the Law will takes its own course of Action, the doctor again start his previous practice to oblidge his political bosses/Bureaucratic Babus resulting new posting & again were posted as BMO yaripora on 08- 2014 where previously he was found absent unauthorizely. Interestingly within a period of only 2 months Doctor Ishfaq Again left the hospital and were found absent unauthorizedly from10-2014 to 05-2015. during this time Dr ishfaq made a contract with a pharmaceutical company to promote their venture in gulf countries especially in middle east. People of yaripora and adjacent villages came on roads to protest against the then government especially, the health department for their poor attitude towards the hospital as the hospital was headless for this Period.
On 5-2015 Doctor Ishfaq Report How this medicos is throwing rules to wind Instead to suspend Doctor Ishfaq were once again entertained with his old and prize posting as Medical officer District Hospital Anantnag after returned back from gulf & within one year posting as MO he was attached to Directorate Of Health services Kashmir For a period of 5 months back to his services at Direcor Health Services Kashmir and was never suspended from his services as the doctor kept himself absent two times from his duties unauthorisedly. On 9-2015 doctor were promoted and posted as Incharge DTO annantnag.
It is pertinent to mention that some doctors in Kashmir province make some political relations for their personal benefits same as like Dr Ishfaq and make other doctors fool resulting prime posting with their will. This news was published earlier also and the heading was Lal Singh Make Absent doctor as DTO Ananatnag. But no action was taken against the absent doctor. It remains to be seen that whether the tainted would be broght to be the book or its is goning to be their day out.
